Step one:

Don’t have any sexual activity (Ejaculate) for a least two days but not more than seven days before obtaining the semen sample.

Step two:

Wash and dry your hands.

Step three:

Lubricants, condom and lotions should not be used.

Step four:

Ejaculate into the container.

Step five:

Keep the semen close to body temperature.

Step six:

Take the sample to the laboratory within (30 min -1 hour).
